Dawley is a project management professional, author, and neurodiversity advocate based in Portland, Oregon. Drawing from her experiences navigating complex systems as an autistic professional, she developed the Guerrilla Mode™ framework to help people make intentional, values-driven decisions while protecting their well-being.
